Product Returns
To receive a refund for an unwanted item, it must be returned unused and in its original condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns on food, treats, or nutritional items. Refunds will exclude shipping costs, calculated as the higher of either a $6.95 flat rate or the actual shipping cost paid by Funnyglide. Returned items must reach us within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Funnyglide will cover return shipping costs by providing a return label and will promptly send the correct item at no extra charge. If you choose to return an item due to preference, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. For any items that arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 business days to request a refund. Requests after this period may not be eligible for reimbursement, and Funnyglide reserves the right to decline refunds at our discretion.

Mailing Issues
If you encounter any issues with lost or damaged packages, please reach out to Funnyglide. For lost packages, wait one full business day before contacting us, as they may appear after the expected delivery date. If your package remains lost or arrives damaged, we’ll file a claim with the mail carrier and reship any necessary items. For damaged goods, please provide photos to support the claim.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [your contact phone number] to update the address before shipping. Once shipped, Funnyglide cannot make address changes, and you may need to reach out to the carrier for potential interception. For returned undeliverable packages, reshipping will incur an additional shipping charge.
